Masterclass with Carlos Escario

The University of Navarra is organizing a MasterClass for companies and professionals as part of the Master’s Program in Hospitality Service Design and Management, to demonstrate how hospitality can become a competitive advantage. In an environment where the customer experience is key, the session aims to integrate these principles to improve leadership, organizational culture, and results.

The session will be led by Carlos Escario, an entrepreneur and expert in leadership and business strategy, who holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from IESE. It will take place on June 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the University of Navarra’s Graduate School in Madrid (Room 1), and is aimed at executives and organizations seeking more human-centered models focused on service excellence.
