The University of Navarra is the top university in Spain, according to the Spanish edition of Forbes magazine. In a special issue published at the beginning of May on the best universities in Spain, the publication ranked the center first for its teaching results, student experience, preparation for working life, quality of teaching staff and research.
Forbes has analyzed 88 universities in Spain and has highlighted 20 of them, based on criteria analyzed by an international committee of experts in higher education, such as Hans De Wit, from the School of Education and Human Development at Boston College; Charles Goldman, professor and economist at Rand Corporation; and Jamil Salmi, a specialist in higher education.
The indicators have been separated into five blocks: Price and accessibility (10%), Student experience (30%), Preparation for working life (30%), Quality of faculty and research (15%) and International perspective (15%).
The analysis used data from the University Employability and Employment Barometer, statistics and indicators from the Integrated University Information System, as well as data collected by the universities themselves in a questionnaire with more than 50 questions.
